The crushing shaft group shall be sent out after trial operation in conjunction with other accessories after assembly. It is not suitable to be disassembled during transportation or re-installation. It can be put into installation.
1. Place the crushing box horizontally, remove the top cover, clear the sundry in the box body, and apply anti-rust oil on the processing surface.
2. Place the crushing shaft set in the notch smoothly.
3. Lower the crushing shaft set slowly and settle on the notch bottom plane smoothly.
4. Use grease to empty the air in the rubber hose of bearing seat. Connect the manual oil dry station with the rubber hose of bearing seat until the labyrinth ring on both sides of the bearing seat spills oil.
5. Install the pressure plates on both sides.
6. Adjust the crushing lumpiness of coal by tempering height.
